PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 29.12(q) of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 401(6)(d)(ii); Tax Law, sections 1201(e), 1202(a) and (c)

Subject:

Wyoming County motor vehicle use tax.

Purpose:

Raises the amount of the Wyoming County motor vehicle use tax.
