PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s (O&R) petition for the application of the Earnings Sharing Mechanism (ESM) to a partial year period, with modifications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4, 65 and 66
Subject:
Application of the ESM to a partial year period.
Purpose:
To approve O&R's petition for the application of the ESM to a partial year period, with modifications.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2016, adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s petition for the application of the Earnings Sharing Mechanism to a partial year period, with modifications, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
