PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Verizon New York Inc.'s (Verizon) petition for a waiver of 16 NYCRR Section 602.10(b) of the requirements relating to the distribution of telephone directories.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 94(2)
Subject:
Waiver of 16 NYCRR Section 602.10(b).
Purpose:
To approve Verizon's petition for a waiver of 16 NYCRR Section 602.10(b).
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2016, adopted an order approving Verizon New York Inc.'s petition for a waiver of 16 NYCRR Section 602.10(b) of the requirements relating to the distribution of telephone directories, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
