PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 129.1 of Title 2 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Abandoned Property Law, sections 1401, 1414 and 1416
Subject:
To amend requirements of Finder Agreements submitted on behalf of a claimant of abandoned property.
Purpose:
To provide a uniform method of determining the identity of a claimant who has signed a Finder Agreement.
