PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. for the approval to use the IMAC Systems Inc. Pulsimatic Transmitter.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Whether to permit the use of the IMAC Pulsimatic Transmitter for use in commercial and industrial gas meter applications.
Purpose:
To permit gas utilities in New York State to use the IMAC Systems Inc. Pulsimatic Transmitter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to use the IMAC Systems Pulsimatic Transmitter for automatic meter readings in commercial and residential natural gas meter applications.
