    Transfer of Real Property
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 7/16/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the Petition of Caithness Long Island LLC for the transfer of real property at the generation plant site, consisting of a waste water re-charge basin & extension to an existing road, to the Town of Brookhaven.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Transfer of real property.
    Purpose:
    To approve the transfer of real property from Caithness Long Island LLC to the Town of Brookhaven.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on July 16, 2009, adopted an order approving the Petition of Caithness Long Island LLC for the transfer of real property located at the generation plant site in the Town of Brookhaven, consisting of a waste water re-charge basin and an extension to an existing road, to the Town of Brookhaven, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
