    Uniform System of Accounts - Request for Recovery of Deferral Amortization
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a petition filed by the City of Jamestown Board of Public Utilities seeking approval to recover two deferral amortizations of maintenance costs from the dismantling fund set aside in Case 04-E-1485.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), and 66(1), (5), (9) and (12)
    Subject:
    Uniform System of Accounts - request for recovery of deferral amortization.
    Purpose:
    To consider a petition to recover two deferral amortizations.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition by the City of Jamestown Board of Public Utilities seeking approval to recover two deferral amortizations of maintenance costs, as approved in the Commission’s March 21, 2007 Order in Case 06-E-1577, and as approved in the Commission’s June 25, 2008 Order in Case 08-E-0210, from the dismantling fund set aside in the Commission’s September 29, 2005 Order in Case 04-E-1485. The Commission may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the recovery requested.
