PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Repeal of Part 509 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09 and 32.02

Subject:

Requirements related to problem and compulsive gambling treatment programs.

Purpose:

Repeal of rule which is no longer applicable to the Office of Mental Health.
