PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/18/13, the PSC adopted an order approving New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) petition requesting an exemption under its Non Rate Economic Development Program.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(1), (3), (5), (10), (12) and (12-b)
Subject:
Approving an exemption of program limits in NYSEG's Non-Rate Economic Development programs.
Purpose:
To approve an exemption of program limits in NYSEG's Non-Rate Economic Development programs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 18, 2013, adopted an order approving New York State Electric & Gas Corporation’s petition to exempt program limits from its Non-Rate Economic Development program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
