    Stipulation of Parties by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on July 18, 2007, adopted an order approving a stipulation by the parties, filed by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation concerning the audit of the deferral account and various other ratemaking and accounting issues.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66
    Subject:
    Stipulation of the parties which resolves issues raised in a deferral audit and resolution of other accounting and ratemaking issues.
    Purpose:
    To implement various accounting procedures and adjustment to the deferral account.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Public Service Commission adopted an order approving a Stipulation by the Parties, filed by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation concerning the audit of the deferral account and various other ratemaking and accounting issues, subject to the terms and conditions of the order.

    No changes.
