PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of sections 720.3 and 720.4 of Title 7 NYCRR.

Subject:
Inmate Correspondence Program.
Purpose:
To expand exception to the five page limit for inmate receipt of printed or photocopied materials and other technical changes.
