Proposed Action:

Amendment of Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Civil Service Law, section 6(1)

Subject:

Jurisdictional Classification.

Purpose:

To classify positions in the exempt class.

Text of proposed rule:

Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Department of Mental Hygiene under the subheading "Office of Mental Health," by adding thereto the positions of Chief Investigations, Assistant Chief Investigations and Investigator.
