PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/12/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of ABB Inc., for the Trench Germany GmbH SU 362..550 kV transformer for use in connection with revenue metering in substation applications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
To permit the use of Trench Germany GmbH SU 362..550 kV transformer.
Purpose:
To approve the use of the Trench Germany GmbH SU 362..550 kV transformer in substation applications.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 12, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of ABB Inc., for the Trench Germany GmbH SU 362..550 kV transformer for use in connection with revenue metering in substation applications.
