PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Procedure for requesting an exemption from filing a financial disclosure statement.

Purpose:

These rules set forth conditions for requesting an exemption pursuant to the Public Officers Law.
