PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 100.128(c) of Title 7 NYCRR.

Gowanda Correctional Facility.
Purpose:
To remove the reference of a programming designation for a program that has been discontinued.
