PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On August 20, 2008 the Commission approved the petition of The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a KeySpan Energy Delivery New York for the sale of property located at 809-873 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY to Steel Arrow, LLC.

Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Transfer of property.
Purpose:
To approve the sale of property located at 909-973 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission on August 20, 2008, adopted an order approving the petition of The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a KeySpan Energy Delivery New York (the Company) for the sale of the Company’s property located at 809-873 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, New York to Steel Arrow, LLC, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
