PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/15/13, the PSC adopted an order combining the budgets for three interrelated Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (EEPS).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Approving the consolidation of budgets related to evaluation of EEPS programs.
Purpose:
To approve the consolidation of budgets related to evaluation of EEPS programs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 15, 2013, adopted an order approving the consolidation of three program budgets related to the evaluation and verification of Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard programs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
