Notice of proposed rule making, I.D. No. RWB-32-12-00016-P, has been withdrawn from consideration. The notice of proposed rule making was published in the State Register on August 8, 2012.

Reason(s) for withdrawal of the proposed rule:
August 8, 2012 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was duplicative. A previous Notice of Proposed Rulemaking appeared June 6, 2012.
