PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 6000.8(b) of Title 9 NYCRR.

Subject:
Elements of test battery to be used for physical fitness screening.
Purpose:
The proposal updates the table used for the physical fitness screening test for police officer candidates.
