    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering the petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid to transfer an approximately 1.7 acre parcel of unimproved real property in the Town of Amherst, Erie County to Timothy J. Waterman.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Authorization to transfer certain real property.
    Purpose:
    To decide whether to approve the transfer certain real property.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    By petition dated July 15, 2011, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid seeks to transfer an approximately 1.7 acre parcel of unimproved real property in the Town of Amherst, Erie County to Timothy J. Waterman. The Commission may approve, modify, or reject, in whole or in part, the actions requested in the petition.
