PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/18/11, the PSC adopted an order approving, with conditions, the reinstatement of authority to submeter electricity at 1295 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, (Frawley Plaza, LLC).

Public Service Law, sections 2, 51, 53 and 66

Reinstatement of authority to submeter electricity.
Purpose:
To approve, with conditions the reinstatement of authority to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 18, 2011 adopted an order approving, with conditions, the reinstatement of authority to submeter electricity at 1295 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, (Frawley Plaza, LLC), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
