AMENDMENT OF RULE

Rules of the Chief Administrator

Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and in accordance with Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2010, I hereby amend, effective September 1, 2010, section 118.1(g) of the Rules of the Chief Administrator [22 NYCRR], relating to the attorney registration fee, to read as follows:

(g) Each registration statement filed pursuant to this section shall be accompanied by a registration fee of [$350] $375....
