PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 89 Murray Street Associates to submeter electricity at 89 Murray St. and 101 Warren St., New York, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of 89 Murray Street Associates to submeter electricity at 89 Murray St. and 101 Warren St., New York, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 89 Murray Street Associates to submeter electricity at 89 Murray Street and 101 Warren Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
