    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Addition of Part 365 to Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Executive Law, section 243(1) and (4)
    Subject:
    Sex Offender Housing Procedural Guidelines.
    Purpose:
    To provide guidance and instruction to probation departments when investigating/approving residence of certain sex offenders.
