    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of section 6200.1 of Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Election Law, section 3-102(1)
    Subject:
    Disclosure of Campaign Financial Statements.
    Purpose:
    To prevent duplicate filing of qualifying campaign financial statements.
