PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/13/15, the PSC adopted an order approving a transfer of ownership interests by Saranac Power Partners, L. P. (Saranac) for a 252 MW electric generation facility located in Plattsburgh, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(2) and 70
Subject:
Transfer of ownership interests by Saranac for an electric generation facility.
Purpose:
To approve a transfer of ownership interests by Saranac for an electric generation facility.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 13, 2015, adopted an order approving a transfer of ownership interests by Saranac Power Partners, L. P. (Saranac) for a 252 MW electric generation facility located in Plattsburgh, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
