    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Repeal of section 100.82(d) and (e) of Title 7 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Correction Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Taconic Correctional Facility.
    Purpose:
    Remove reference to functions that are no longer operational at this correctional facility.
