    RG&E's Economic Development Plan and Tariffs
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a filing from Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation (RG&E) dated August 28, 2008 proposing an economic development plan and tariff revisions.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65 (1), (2), (3), 66 (1), (3), (5), (10), (12), (12-b)
    Subject:
    RG&E's economic development plan and tariffs.
    Purpose:
    Consideration of the approval of RG&E's economic development plan and tariffs.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a filing from Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation (RG&E) dated August 28, 2008 proposing an economic development plan and tariff revisions in conformance with the requirements adopted in an Order Raising Spending Ceiling and Providing for Revised Procedures issued May 13, 2008 in Case 02-E-0198. The Commission may adopt, modify or reject, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
