    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering proposed tariff amendments, filed by Mohawk Municipal Commission, to P.S.C. No. 2—Electricity, by which it would increase its annual electric revenues by approximately $158,709 or 20%.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)(b)
    Subject:
    Minor rate filing.
    Purpose:
    To consider an increase in annual revenues of about $158,709 or 20%.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering proposed tariff amendments, filed by Mohawk Municipal Commission, to P.S.C. No. 2 – Electricity, by which it would increase its annual electric revenues by approximately $158,709 or 20%. Under the proposal, the monthly bill of a residential customer using 750 kilowatt-hours of electricity would increase from $37.56 to $42.46 or 13.05%. The proposed amendments have an effective date of January 1, 2017. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
