PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 1159 of Title 21 NYCRR.

To amend the NFTA's Guidelines to make technical changes and conform to State law.
