PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogics Controls Corp. on behalf of Park Row 9 & 10, LLC, to submeter electricity at 15 Park Row, New York, New York.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Quadlogics Controls Corp., to submeter electricity at 15 Park Row, New York, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation, on behalf of Park Row 9 & 10, LLC, to submeter electricity at 15 Park Row, in New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
