PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogics Controls Corp. on behalf of Fifth on the Park Condo., LLC, to submeter electricity at 1481 Fifth Ave., New York, New York.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Quadlogics Controls Corp., to submeter electricity at 1481 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation, on behalf of Fifth on the Park Condominium, LLC, to submeter electricity at 1481 Fifth Avenue, in New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
