PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On July 16, 2008, the Public Service Commission adopted an order concerning a Transmission and Distribution Capital Investment Plan.

Purpose:

Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 16, 2008, adopted an order concerning a Transmission and Distribution Capital Investment Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
