PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 400.18 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System (SPARCS).

Purpose:

Delete obsolete language, realign to current practice, add new provisions, including mandated outpatient clinic data collection.
