PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Subpart 50-3 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Health Law, section 18(4)

Subject:

Medical Records Access Review Committees (MRARCs).

Purpose:

To designate rather than appoint MRARCs to hear appeals from the denial of access to patient information.
