PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/15/13, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition filed by New York State Electric & Gas Corporation to transfer the property it owns located at 610 Hancock Street, Ithaca to the Ithaca City School District.

Purpose:
To approve the transfer of property.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 15, 2013, adopted an order approving the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation to transfer the property it owns at 610 Hancock Street, Ithaca to the Ithaca City School District, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
