    Approving a $10,000 Hookup Fee to Developers for Each New Home Attached to the Water System
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 8/15/13, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition by Saratoga Glen Hollow Water Supply Corporation to assess a $10,000 hookup fee for each newly constructed house.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 89-c(1) and (10)
    Subject:
    Approving a $10,000 hookup fee to developers for each new home attached to the water system.
    Purpose:
    To approve a $10,000 hookup fee to developers for each new home attached to the water system.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on August 15, 2013, adopted an order approving the petition of Saratoga Glen Hollow Water Supply Corporation to assess a $10,000 hookup fee for each newly constructed house attached to the water system, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
