    Transfer of Ownership Interests in an Approximately 50 MW Coal-Fired Electric Generating Facility
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 8/18/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the transfer of ownership from Black River Energy LLC to ReEnergy Black River LLC, of an approximately 50 MW coal-fired electric generating facility located at Fort Drum in the Town of LeRay, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2(11), 5(1)(b) and 70
    Subject:
    Transfer of ownership interests in an approximately 50 MW coal-fired electric generating facility.
    Purpose:
    To approve the transfer of ownership interests in an approximately 50 MW coal-fired electric generating facility.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on August 18, 2011 adopted an order approving the transfer of ownership from Black River Energy LLC to ReEnergy Black River LLC, of an approximately 50 MW coal-fired electric generating facility located at Fort Drum in the Town of LeRay, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
