Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

Town of Clifton Park
The Town of Clifton Park is requesting proposals from qualified administrative service agencies and/or financial organizations relating to administration trustee services and/or funding of a 457 deferred compensation plan for employees of the Town of Clifton Park meeting the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.

Office of General Services
In the Matter of the Application of New York State Department of Transportation for the abandonment of certain lands located in the City of Cohoes, Albany County.
The New York State Department of Transportation has applied, pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law, for the abandonment of two parcels of lands located in the City of Cohoes, Albany County.
The lands are under the jurisdiction of the New York State Department of Transportation and are shown and described on two maps both entitled “Lands of the People of the State of New York Under Present Jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation.” One map is dated June 20, 2016, designated as Map No. 270, Abandonment Parcel No. 271 and contains an area of 0.6575 acre, and the other map is dated June 16, 2016, designated as Map No. 271, Abandonment Parcel 272 and contains an area of 0.2303 acre. The said maps were filed in the Office of General Services as O.G.S. Map Nos. 2571 and 2572, respectively.
On the aforementioned maps, the New York State Department of Transportation has requested the abandonment of the parcels by signature of Scott M. Roods, Assistant Director of the Real Estate Division, dated July 15, 2016.
THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law, it is ORDERED, that the application is approved and the aforesaid lands shall become unappropriated State lands available for disposition pursuant to the provision of the Public Lands Law.

2016-0229 Matter of Thomas Tronolone, 185 West Park Ave., Long Beach, NY 11561 for an appeal and or variances concerning safety requirements, including minimum administrative requirements of code enforcement.
Involved is an existing multi residence, located at 185 West Park Avenue, City of Long Beach, Nassau County, New York.
