PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/20/09, the PSC approved a request filed by West Valley Crystal Water Company to make changes in the rates and charges contained in its tariff schedule P.S.C. No. 3—Water, to become effective to September 1, 2009.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve an increase in annual operating revenues by $11,183 or 35.6%.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission on August 20, 2009, adopted an order approving the request of West Valley Crystal Water Company, to increase its annual operating revenues by $11,183 or 35.6%, effective September 1, 2009, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
