Sec. 451.9. Regulations for safety groups

The management of the State Insurance Fund is authorized and directed to formulate such uniform regulations as may be necessary to assure the establishment and conduct of safety groups pursuant to this Part. Copies of these regulations shall be filed with the secretary of the board of commissioners and with the members of the subcommittee of the commissioners on rating plans, and the regulations shall take effect 15 days after such filing.
