The route of the construction or reconstruction shall be clearly indicated thereon, and (b) Two sets of strip maps and design drawings showing details of the proposed construction or reconstruction. NOTE: Where more than one construction design factor is used, the specifications relative to each shall be separately listed. Where necessary, supply the requested information on attached sheets identified by the Roman numeral, number, and letter designation of the item on this form.
