Sec. 182.1. Advertising and signs

(a) Advertising by any means whatever and the display of any type of sign within the parkway system is prohibited except as authorized by the department.
(b) Section 13.07 of the Parks and Recreation Law is applicable to any sign and/or advertising structure and device adjacent to the boundaries of the parkway system right-of-way.
