Sec. 182.44. Right turn on red signal

(a) Taconic State Parkway.

(1) All vehicles approaching the Taconic State Parkway are prohibited from making a right turn on red signal at the following intersections:

Cleveland Street

Lakeview Avenue

Stevens Avenue

(2) All vehicles on the Taconic State Parkway are prohibited from making a right turn on red signal at the following intersections:

Cleveland Street, southbound

(b) Saw Mill River Parkway.

(1) All vehicles approaching the Saw Mill River Parkway are prohibited from making a right turn on red signal at the following intersections:

Hearst Street

Tompkins Avenue

Lawrence Street

Grant Street

Roaring Brook Road, eastbound

(2) All vehicles on the Saw Mill River Parkway are prohibited from making a right turn on red signal at the following locations:

Hearst Street, southbound

Tompkins Avenue, northbound
