(a) Approvals.
If an application is approved, a registration certificate and authorization to use an official stamp shall be transmitted to the applicant. Copies of the application, supporting documents and disposition shall be retained in the office of the commission.
(b) Disapprovals.
If an application is disapproved, a statement of the commission's decision and the reasons therefor shall be transmitted to the applicant. Copies of the application, supporting documents and disposition shall be retained in the office of the commission.
