Sec. 348.6. Conduct of compliance inspections

- (a) An establishment which fails to grant free access to the premises for any compliance inspection shall be presumed to be in noncompliance. In addition, any such establishment shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by the Division of Food Inspection Services as a result of such refusal.(b) Upon completion of any compliance inspection, the inspector in charge shall deliver a copy of the inspection report to a representative of the establishment.(c) No establishment shall be liable for the costs and expenses incurred by the department in the simultaneous use of more than three department employees in the conduct of any single compliance inspection unless the department shall prove that additional personnel were reasonably necessary under the circumstances.
