Tax Law, § 502
A carrier whose permit has been denied, suspended or revoked may institute a proceeding in the Supreme Court of the State of New York under article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules to review such denial, suspension or revocation. This remedy is the exclusive remedy available to the carrier to secure a judicial review of the denial, suspension or revocation of a permit.
