Appendix 51-B.  

The purpose of this Appendix 51-B is to classify actions or classes of actions which the issuer has determined to be ministerial actions under this Part. Ministerial acts include:

(1) Any act, decision or commitment required to be made pursuant to preexisting contractual arrangements by which the issuer is bound.

(2) All enforcement actions commenced by or on behalf of the issuer against third parties to enforce compliance by such third party with any provision of any contract, law, rule, ordinance, by which such third party is bound.
