Sec. 9760.6. Public notice

A public notice shall be posted in the building where the records access officer is located stating the location and telephone number of such officer, the locations where records shall be made available for inspection and copying, and the right to appeal by any person denied access to a record and the name and public office address of the person to whom an appeal is to be directed.
