Sec. 2605.4. Public notice of availability of financial assistance from the fund

(a) From time to time, as determined by the corporation, a public notice shall be issued by the corporation announcing that the corporation will commence the process of accepting pre-applications for financial assistance from the fund. Such notice may include:
(1) the time period during which pre-applications will be accepted from project sponsors;
(2) the total of fund assistance available during the funding period;
(3) the anticipated date that the corporation expects to issue written confirmation to project sponsors that assistance from the fund is available; and
(4) such other information that the corporation may deem necessary.
